What this website collects.

Document 02 of 03  ·  Effective September 17, 2026
Engagement material is governed by Confidentiality & Compliance

This site is a brochure and an application form. It carries no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and no cross-site profiling.

01Information you give us

The engagement inquiry form collects your name, work email address, organization, role, the appointment under consideration, the stage and timeline of the search, how you found EAG, and the concern you describe. That is the whole set. Submissions are delivered to EAG's founder, retained for twelve months, and are not added to any marketing list, sold, shared, or used to build a profile.

The form deliberately asks you not to name the candidate. Candidate identity belongs in the confidential call, not in a web form.

02Information collected automatically

03Legal bases and your rights

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, EAG processes inquiry-form data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry, and engagement material under contract with the client. Where US state privacy law applies, EAG does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You may request a copy of what EAG holds about you, ask for correction, or ask for deletion, by writing to ryan.goulette@executiveanalysisgroup.com. Requests are answered within thirty days. A candidate who has been the subject of an assessment should be aware that the engagement record is held under contract with the client organization, and EAG will coordinate any such request with that client.

04Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Engagement material is encrypted in transit and at rest and access is limited to the consultant conducting the engagement. Material is stored and processed in the United States, and is handled as described in Confidentiality & Compliance.

05Children

This site and EAG's services are directed to organizations and are not intended for anyone under 18.

06Changes

Material changes to this page will be reflected in the effective date above. EAG does not apply changes retroactively to material already held under a signed engagement.
